Howard, You have the greatest staff ever! Was in the main shop Mon am (2 days before Valentine's) & I ordered some flowers to be sent to Druann that day to the Arts Center for her 50th birthday. Somehow there was a mix up & she never received them. I called the next day & spoke w/ Mario (HE IS WONDERFUL!) He checked in to the matter, was beyond apologetic, & resent the flowers! Do you have any idea how professional he was? Bent over backwards for me! Called me ASAP! Anyway, Druann received her flowers, adored them, saved them for a Valentine's meeting at the arts center. Thought you might want to know how great TiptonHurst is & what wonderful employees you have. (It might have something to do w/ the big boss) Way to go Tipton Hurst! Yall are the best! I wanted to share my 'Why I'm now a loyal customer' experience with you. On Valentine's Day I got a bouquet from my husband that was not up to your standards. I tried to call and it was busy (as is expected on Valentine's Day) so I sent an e-mail. Within the hour, I got a call from Sheryl, the Manager of the Conway store.
